Gean’s real-estate background spans several years on the investment and residential sides of the industry, beginning with real-estate acquisitions and investment property sourcing, then expanding into fix-and-flip projects, direct work with buyers and sellers, and daily collaboration with contractors, attorneys, and other professionals. This hands-on experience gave him deep insight into negotiation, valuation, deal structure, construction processes, and the many moving parts that make a transaction successful.
