Danny Wills

While not technically a native, Danny has called the Charlotte area home since 1984. Growing up in South Charlotte and spending countless weekends on Lake Norman, he developed a strong connection to the area that ultimately became the backdrop for both his family and career.

After graduating from Appalachian State University, Danny built a successful 25-year career in sales and leadership with major corporations including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sprint, and Cintas Corporation. He later spent more than 13 years leading sales teams at a global manufacturing company before deciding to pursue a career in real estate.

Danny understands the importance of open communication and building strong relationships. He utilizes his extensive business background to help his clients have a great experience whether they are buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Residing in the Lake Norman area since 2003, he and his wife have raised their two children in the community. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, hiking in the North Carolina mountains with his two chocolate labs, and staying active. He is also a mentor in the Mentoring & Coaching Program sponsored by the Management Department in the Walker College of Business at Appalachian State University.

As a kidney transplant recipient, Danny is a passionate advocate for organ donation and serves as a Kidney Transplant Mentor through Atrium Health.
